The questions partners ask first.

What's the actual minimum order quantity?
Depends on your tier. Certified Installers have no MOQ — order per project. Regional Dealers typically start at 10 systems (~$25k at wholesale). Master Distributors commit to roughly one container per quarter (~40 systems, ~$90k). We can structure first-order terms flexibly for well-qualified partners.
Is the territory really exclusive?
For Regional Dealers and Master Distributors, yes. We contract exclusivity into the partnership agreement — we won't sell around you, won't appoint a second partner in your protected zone, and we route inbound leads in your territory directly to you. Certified Installer tier is not exclusive since it's project-based.
What are the payment terms?
Installers pay 100% upfront (Net-0). Regional Dealers typically work on 30% deposit + Net-30 balance. Master Distributors can negotiate LC-based terms or Net-60 if they have established trade references. We're flexible for the right partners.
Can I still sell competing brands?
Not in the residential off-grid solar + lithium storage category. Partners must commit to PROTONSOL exclusivity in our core product segment. You can absolutely continue selling adjacent categories — grid-tied solar, generators, appliances, water pumps, anything complementary.
Who handles shipping, customs, and import duties?
PROTONSOL ships FOB from regional hubs in Singapore or Jakarta, or ex-works from our contract manufacturer. Partners handle last-mile freight, customs clearance, and import duties in their territory. We support you with all required documentation (commercial invoices, COO, certifications, HS codes).
What if a customer has a warranty claim?
Partners are the first line for warranty handling. You diagnose via our app, escalate to our 24hr technical hotline if needed, and dispatch replacement parts from your consignment/warranty buffer inventory. PROTONSOL reimburses you for warranty-covered parts and labor per the partnership agreement. Average case resolution: under 72 hours.
How much marketing support do I actually get?
All tiers receive the full marketing toolkit: localized photography, social templates, printable brochures, installation walkthroughs. Regional Dealers get lead-sharing from PROTONSOL ads in their territory. Master Distributors get all of the above plus matching co-marketing budget (typically $5k–$20k/year depending on volume).
I'm not in Indonesia, Thailand, or Brazil. Can I still apply?
Yes. We're actively scouting partners for emerging markets including the Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Nigeria, Kenya, and Madagascar for 2026–2027 expansion. Apply through the form below and note your target territory — we'll evaluate as part of our next-market planning.
